They gave us an appointment for the very next morning. The technician, Ned, was on time, polite and professional, and fixed the problem for a very reasonable service charge. We will need to replace the opener eventually (it's 20 years old so that's expected) but this repair puts that off for a bit. Ned also advised us on good brands to choose when that time comes. We will definitely choose this company when we replace the opener.
